We needed to get our new fridge hooked up to the main water supply line and Orlando with his tech (didnt get his name) were very reliable and came when they said they would. Next Level Plumbing Services did an excellent job!  I had a water main breakage between the water meter and the main faucet to the house.  My house had copper pipes already.  The tree root and probably the earthquake day before caused the main breakage.  Orlando gave a very very reasonable estimate for a Spot Repair and communicate effectively throughout the process. Orlando came and replaced our sump pump in April. It did not rain till December and that's is when the sump pump went on. There were some issues with sump pump as it was cycling very frequently. I called Orlando and he immediately responded and addressed the issue and even went beyond what was expected by doing some minor trenching work. After confirming with Orlando on Saturday, if he will be ok with the appointment on Monday which a holiday "Memorial Day". He or someone from the office canceled my appointment @8:49am on Monday morning without notifying me. I'm pretty sure he's great at his workmanship if he shows up.
